Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Prepare the ingredients for the quantity. I put one less piece of ginger than the picture. Cut the skin close to the tip of the pear that was washed with baking soda and scoop out the inside with a spoon. (You can see where it is in the finished picture.)
STEP 2/3
Remove only the seeds from the jujube and just add or shape; grind or shred or slice ginger. I don't like ginger, so I cut it into pieces to remove it. We also prepare the flesh of the hollowed-out pear.
STEP 3/3
Fill the hollowed-out pear with prepared ginger, jujube, and the pulp of the dug-out pear and cover the cap of the cut pear. If you have a steamer, you can steam it in the steamer for about 20 minutes, but I used an electric rice cooker. Pour a cup full of water into my pot, and serve to prevent water from entering. Then, put in Step 2 and cook it for 30 minutes with the steam function.
You can sprinkle cinnamon powder on the steamed dish.
