Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse seaweed in cold water and remove moisture.
STEP 2/7
Prepare soaked rice by breaking it into small pieces.
STEP 3/7
Boil anchovies, radishes, kelp, and garlic in water to make anchovy soup.

Cut the bamboo shoots into shreds and tear the crab meat according to its texture.
STEP 5/7
Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry bamboo shoots, crab meat, and rice slightly.

Add anchovy broth and water to the stir-fried ingredients.

When the rice grains are released, add seaweed fulvescens, season with soy sauce and sand lance, and add 6g of sesame oil to finish.
