Salted pollack roe, steamed eggs. It's so delicious
In winter, I don't really need any other side dishes for soup or soup. After eating salted pollack roe, I took the leftover out of the freezer and boiled it with steamed pollack roe. It tasted rich with salty salted fish scent, so it was comfortable to swallow and the good taste was excellent in this winter. Let's put steamed eggs as a super simple steamed dish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove the string, mix the egg, rice wine, and salt well, prepare it, and spread sesame oil evenly on the earthen pot. It doesn't stick, so the dish is convenient. I forgot to put in the pollack first...Add pollack roe and boil it with half a pot of water. Remove the foam that forms.
STEP 2/6
When it boils, add egg water and bring to a boil while stirring well stirring. Turn down the heat when the eggs start to clump together.
STEP 3/6
Cover the hollow bowl with a lid, simmer it for a while over very low heat, then turn off the heat and leave it for about 10 to 15 seconds.
STEP 4/6
The side manager likes raw pollack roe, so the pollack is cooked and hidden in the soup, so he leaves a little and cuts it into small pieces and puts it on top of it... I sprinkled the chopped green onions.
STEP 5/6
Sprinkle sesame seeds... You can also sprinkle a little bit of red pepper powder if you like. It doesn't swell like a volcano, maybe because of salted pollack roe, but it tastes better than any other fish roe soup.
STEP 6/6
The steamed egg you eat right from the earthen pot is amazing. It's soft and soft, and the savory taste of salted pollack roe is like a rice thief~ lol

The seasoning is done, but I thought it wasn't tasty enough, so I added pepperI skipped salted shrimp because salted pollack roe went in. Is that why.. I think it'll taste better with salted shrimp! Normally, I didn't cook it because it took a lot of time and was cumbersome, but this recipe was simple and it didn't take much time, so it was good! When there was half left, I mixed rice and ate it, so JMT!! Thank you for the recipe
