[Diet] Making detox juice / How to wash broccoli
I'm a bully mom, so sister Mami ^^ These days, I'm burning my will to diet!!! I decided to make detox juice for health and nutrition. It is said that vegetables or fruits are not only digested better when cooked and ground than when they are just eaten, but also the absorption rate in the body increases to 80 to 90%. And detox juice helps release toxins and wastes into your body and strengthens your blood vessels^^ I made a lot considering the amount of food to eat and the health juice gift from Best Sun as a bad mom diet! Neighbors, if you cut the amount in half, it'll be about three to five days' worth.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Broccoli uses a lot of pesticides because of bugs, and it is waxed so that it doesn't get damaged during distribution. So when the water touches it, you can see the water not being absorbed but bouncing. Cut it into bite-size pieces and soak it in water, dissolve baking soda, soak it for about 10 minutes, and wash it through.

Wash it off with baking soda, soak it in water with 2 spoons of vinegar for 5 more minutes, and then wash it off! It's better not to boil it for more than 30 seconds^^

Cut cabbage and wash it in vinegar water.

Tomatoes have a sticky texture when ground into detoxified juice, so I peeled them off. If you make a cross cut and roll it in boiling water, you can peel it easily. You don't have to boil it for a long time. Roll it a couple of times and take it out^^

Cut the peeled tomatoes into 6 pieces from 4~!

Carrot skin is said to interfere with vitamin absorption, so please peel it with a filler and cut it into appropriate sizes.

Put the prepared ingredients into the pot one by one!
Pour in the water, please. I put 1,600ml because it's a lot.
The amount of water can't be too much, so please refer to it.

When it starts to boil over high heat, boil it for another 10 to 15 minutes on medium low heat, and that's it!!!
Let the boiled vegetables cool for a little bit~!

Grind the detox juice with cooked vegetables and apples and bananas in a blender~! At this time, not only cooked vegetables but also boiled vegetables are added and ground without throwing away the water.

It's good to store the vegetables to be ground next time and then grind them with apples and bananas. Also, please note that if you store cooked vegetables and vegetable water separately, you can store them longer^^ Bully mothers are lazy, so they just have to refrigerate them as soon as they cool down.

Well ground detox juice! It tastes like vegetable juice. Bullying moms eat it well because they've had it before, but if you don't like it for the first time, add a spoonful of honey. But if you are on a diet, you should take out honey ^^;;; It's vegetable juice, so I don't know if it suits your taste...They keep asking me to do it.
