A golden recipe for meat, vegetable curry, and healthy turmeric

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Curry uses healthy turmeric bamond spiciness as our rice in Cheongjeongwon.
STEP 3/26
You can buy the meat for curry or cube.
(It's delicious with any meat.)
STEP 4/26
Trim the ingredients. Wash the mushrooms under running water,
Peel the potatoes, cut the zucchini bottoms and wash them.

Cut the onion at the bottom, peel it, and wash it.

Cut the ingredients into equal sizes.

Cut it into two index finger nails according to the size of the picture.
You can chop it into small pieces according to your preference.
(If you're going to eat it with your child, cut it into small pieces
(I don't eat vegetables, so I have no choice but to eat them finely, or I eat them in large pieces.)

(Other curry powder is fine.)

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

If you boil it for about 5 minutes, the curry will boil like the picture.

Place enough rice in a bowl and pour in the finished curry.
The downside is that I get sick of eating curry;;; indigestion and chirping after eating;;;;;;;;;;;; I know it's good for the body, but I don't eat it often.. Even after I made it, I ate it well and had a hard time all afternoon [Laughing] Since I'm making curry with butter...
