Make the sauce needed for steamed fish. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of red pepper, 1 tablespoon of green onion, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, a little ginger powder, 3 tablespoon of water/water broth, a little bit of sesame oil, and a little sesame.
