Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces and season it with basic seasoning (minced garlic 0.3, soy sauce 1, cheongju 1, ginger powder, pepper powder)
Cut the onions and paprika in moderation
STEP 2/6
Put some cooking oil on the pan and add onions
I put in the vegetable soup that was in the udon noodles. (You can skip the vegetable soup)
Slice the garlic and stir-fry it with onions
STEP 3/6
Add seasoned beef and paprika and stir-fry.
STEP 4/6
When the meat is cooked, add the udon noodles
(You can boil the udon noodles in advance and put them in.)
STEP 5/6
Add oyster sauce 1, soy sauce 2, cooking wine 1, sugar 1, and sesame oil 0.5 and stir-fry evenly so that the sauce is cut well
Finish with pepper at the end.
