Stir-fried dried hairtail with savory and spicy side dishes
I eat a lot of stir-fried dried hairtail and anchovies, but when I went to Jungbu Market last time, there was dried hairtail. The small silver hairtail was dried, but it didn't smell fishy even if I just picked it up, so I fried it and brought a box of it without fear to cook it. If you like everything, you can put it in a boxLOL I stir-fried it like stir-fried anchovies, and it became a delicious dry side dish. I'll stir-fry it briefly.
