Stir-fried dried hairtail with savory and spicy side dishes
I eat a lot of stir-fried dried hairtail and anchovies, but when I went to Jungbu Market last time, there was dried hairtail. The small silver hairtail was dried, but it didn't smell fishy even if I just picked it up, so I fried it and brought a box of it without fear to cook it. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I prepared a long hairtail by cutting it into 3 to 4 pieces with scissors,
There were thick anchovies mixed in between, but I just stir-fried them together.
STEP 2/4
I stir-fried anchovies with dried ones and then added 2 tablespoons of soju.
Then it's not hard and it's good.
STEP 3/4
Stir-fry soy sauce, low-salt fish sauce, red pepper powder, mayonnaise, minced garlic, oil, ginger powder, and grain syrup.
When it boils, stir and stir-fry dried hairtail.
If you add ginger powder, it's good to catch dried fish and have a cold ginger scent.
STEP 4/4
When it's all stir-fried, turn off the heat and mix it with Cheongyang red pepper, dried red pepper, and sesame seeds.
If you add Cheongyang red pepper at the end of the stir-fried dried fish, it tastes better because it's spicy.
