Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
[Braised apple] Remove the skin of the apple and cut it into 0.5cm pieces.

Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon powder in heat-resistant bowl.

Heat in the microwave (600w) for 5 minutes.

Wrap again and place in refrigerator until used.

[Cookie dough] Make cream with soft butter and sugar in a bowl.

Add the yolk and vanilla extract and mix evenly.

Mix it with a spatula and lump it together when you can see a little powder.

Place cookie dough in plastic or plastic wrap and rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
