Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Cut the flat fish cake into the desired size and shape.
STEP 2/15
Cut the bamboo stick fish cake into a circle.
STEP 3/15
Chop the onion.
STEP 4/15
Cut the green onion into quarters lengthwise.
STEP 5/15
Sprinkle 1T of oil in a frying pan.
STEP 6/15
Stir-fry green onions and onions first.
STEP 7/15
Stir-fry fish cakes together.
STEP 8/15
Add a little pepper.
STEP 9/15
Add 1/2T of minced garlic.

Empty the middle of the pan and add 1/2T of thick soy sauce.

Do not stir-fry over high heat. Fish cakes are seasoned in advance, so the additional seasoning is weakened.
