Wash the rice and add 400ml of water.

Add anchovies to make the meat broth.
(I didn't take it out, so I put in the trimmed anchovies.)
(You can eat kelp and dried shrimp)

I'm preparing miso doenjang. I bought it heavily from Japan;;;
I put it in a container and filmed it.
When the broth starts to boil, add miso.

Add the mushrooms.
(You can use enoki mushroom and shiitake mushroom)

Add the blanched spinach and minced garlic.
(If you blanch spinach in salt water and boil spinach miso soup, the spinach color is more vivid.)

When it boils hard, chop and add 1 spoonful of soy bean paste.

After the soybean paste is dissolved, add the pepper powder.

If you have tofu, you can add it together.
You can boil it with enoki mushrooms or seaweed.

While the spinach miso soup boils
Chop the green onions.

When the spinach miso soup starts to boil, add green onions

If you boil it, it's done.
If you like potatoes, it'll be delicious even if you add potatoes and boil it

Put it in a bowl.
The actual color is similar to the picture above.
The soybean paste at home catches the bland taste of miso soybean paste,
It's a combination of red pepper powder and minced garlic that can be enjoyed by adults, young and old
Spinach soybean paste soup is done.
If you like spicy food, you can add Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper powder. :)
