How to make Stir-fried Mushrooms (Stir-fried Shrimp Mushrooms)

  • King oyster mushroom

  • pepper

  • Carrot
    1/2handful
  • onion
    1/3ea
  • crushed garlic
    1/2Ts
  • Salt

  • ground pepper

  • Sesame oil
    1/2Ts
  • Cooking oil
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First of all, put some water on the kitchen towel and wipe off the dust.
I don't like it when I wash it in water because it reduces the texture and seeps in like a sponge.
Slice the saesongi into sides and chop the shreds into big chunks.
STEP 2/8
Prepare a small amount of carrots and chop them slightly thickly.
STEP 3/8
Chop the onions, too.
Cut bell pepper into long pieces like japchae.
STEP 4/8
Now put a small amount of oil in the frying pan, add garlic, and stir-fry gently on low heat. (If you use high heat, the garlic burns.)

Add the carrots and stir-fry them

Mix the onions and stir-fry them
STEP 7/8
Then add the mushrooms and turn up the heat.
When you put in mushrooms, you raise the fire so that the mushrooms don't die.
Add salt and pepper one at a time and taste it.
Try it and put it in to your taste.
STEP 8/8
Put in the bell pepper, mix it together, stir-fry for another 1 or 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and put sesame oil on it's done
