  • perilla oil

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps

I fermented chili peppers harvested from my mom's garden in soy sauce and salt

Dip the fermented red pepper in running water
STEP 3/10
After marinating the peppers in salt water, put them on a sieve and drain them

Cut the peppers in soy sauce without washing them
STEP 5/10
Put the soy sauce pepper in the cutter and grind it like a big chop

The color of the salted peppers is good even if you grind them

Put a lot of perilla oil in the pan and stir-fry the chopped peppers. Add a lot of garlic

At the end, add sugar and stir-fry together

If you stir-fry it on high heat, it will burn, so don't stir-fry it on medium heat for too long

Depending on your preference, you can add chili powder and sesame seeds
