STEP 1/13
I didn't have almond powder, so I made it at home.. The particles were thick, so I ground them in a blender and used them.
STEP 2/13
Sift the sugar powder and almond powder more than twice.
STEP 3/13
Put the whites and sugar in a bowl and place them on a bowl of water slightly above body temperature, stirring with a spatula.
STEP 4/13
When the sugar has melted, add the meringue.
STEP 5/13
I'm going to put in the coloring, so just put the meringue until the horns come up.
STEP 6/13
Add pigment and top with meringue until bent like an eagle beak.
STEP 7/13
Add sifted almond powder and sugar powder 3 times.
STEP 8/13
Next, spread it out and put together macaronage.
If you scoop it with a spatula and the dough falls into a ribbon shape, it's done.
(I couldn't take a picture)
STEP 9/13
Squeeze the dough on parchment paper and dry it until it doesn't get smudged when touched by hand. In this dry weather, 40 minutes is enough to dry.
STEP 10/13
Lay 3 layers of frying pan at the bottom, 5 layers of paper foil on top, and place macaroons. Cover and bake slowly over low heat as possible. Each household has a different firepower, so please grill it frequently.
STEP 11/13
Ta-da! It's done
STEP 12/13
The beeper came out really weak, but I'm satisfied with it. ^^
STEP 13/13
It kind of looks like a puffy carol, but.. It's chewy and delicious..Hah!
(If you want to add the filling, I strongly recommend strawberry jam!)
Italian meringue and French meringue are all good!
Cook macaroons frequently so that they don't burn!
I couldn't film the process of making macarons in detailMacaronage is a very important process, so it would be better to refer to YouTube or the Internet!
