Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the beef tenderloin into 2*2cm pieces, wrap it in a kitchen towel, remove the blood, and season it with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/6
Wash the onions and cut them into 2cm squares.
STEP 3/6
Wash the apple and cut the skin into the same size as the onion.
STEP 4/6
Put cooking oil in a pot and stir-fry beef and onions for 1 minute.
STEP 5/6
Add water and boil for 3 minutes with house barmond curry, fresh udon noodles, liquid soup, flakes, and apples.
STEP 6/6
Place 5 in a bowl and place katsuobushi on top.
If you add too much curry, the taste and aroma of udon will disappear, so please add a moderate amount.
