There's too much whipped cream at home, so I made this scones as a tip for using whipped cream. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it's much more luxurious bread than fast-food biscuits. I gave it to a friend who likes biscuits and became a boyfriend...It's an unforgettable life recipe for me

Ingredients
  • Gravity powder
    200g
  • whipped cream
    220g
  • Baking powder
    4g
  • Sugar
    70g
  • Salt
    2g
  • Nuts
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Mix together the flour and baking powder and strain them down.
STEP 2/9
Add sugar and salt to the powder and mix with a whisk.
STEP 3/9
If sugar and salt mix well with the powder, pour in the whipped cream and mix as if cutting.
STEP 4/9
Using a spatula, mix it until you can't see the powder
STEP 5/9
Please put the filling in.
STEP 6/9
If the filling is well mixed in the dough, put it in a plastic bag and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Push the rest of the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 2cm, cut it into the desired shape frame or triangle, and transfer it to the pan.
STEP 8/9
It swells a lot, so put it in a pan with gaps and apply egg wash on the top (optional)
STEP 9/9
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes to complete.
Don't mix the dough for too long. Mix the scones roughly, rest them when you can see a little bit of raw powder, and then roll them to make them soft inside and crispy outside.

    There's a lot of whipped cream at home, so I tried it. First scone lol I mashed the leftover chocolate conger or added about 10g less sugar lol It's moderately sweet and delicious lol I'm learning well~
