STEP 1/9
Please prepare the ingredients
STEP 2/9
Put the washed chestnuts on a steamer and steam them until the inside is cooked well
STEP 3/9
I used Korean jujube that I have at home
Take out the seeds in the middle of the jujube, roll them up, and cut them into round pieces
Remove some seeds and shred some
STEP 4/9
Put the glutinous rice powder in a bowl and a little bit of salt
If you add boiling water little by little, make the dough
STEP 5/9
Shape the dough into a flat shape~
While making the chestnut, it may stick to each other, so coat it with dry glutinous rice powder
STEP 6/9
Dig out the inside of the steamed chestnuts and chop them up
Add honey and cinnamon powder
STEP 7/9
If you mix it well, the sweet chestnut is completed
STEP 8/9
When the pan gets hot, put the sticky rice batter over low heat one at a time
When one side is slightly cooked, turn it upside down and put the lumped chestnut on the other side~
Fold it in half and make it into a dumpling shape
Put honey on it and decorate it with jujube and perilla leaves
STEP 9/9
Put the completed chestnut sticky rice bukumi on a plate and sprinkle more honey to your liking
You can use sweet potatoes or sweet pumpkin to make it
