Three Meals a Day Fishing Village episode 3. Eric's How to Make
The fishing village episode of "Three Meals a Day" is coming to an end. I feel like I'm having a neighborhood party this time. Especially this time, it feels like I'm looking at a land side, not a fishing village! I think there was a lot of food this season, so it didn't feel like the beginning, but I liked the variety of dishes. In this episode, I made sweet and sour pork and mapa tofu that I often do during Chinese food. I tried it today! Of course, I'll give you more tips, but just keep that in mind. Let's get started.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, season the meat with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/9
Put the starch on one side and mix a little bit of water to make the starch. (It takes a long time to sink, so I just use it.)
Starch is stiffly viscous. Mix 4 tablespoons of oil to make a dough.
STEP 3/9
Put the meat in here and mix it.
STEP 4/9
Cut the onions into big pieces, and the tree ear mushrooms get soaked
Cut carrots into thin slices and slice apples into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/9
Cut the cucumber in a circle. Not too thick.
STEP 6/9
Now, if the oil temperature goes up on one side, fry the fried meat.
If you add the egg white, the dough will taste crispier and softer, but you can skip it.
Usually, the meat is fried twice, but if you don't add the egg white, it can be dry, so just fry it once.
STEP 7/9
Add a cup and a half of water, 6ts of sugar, 3ts of soy sauce, and 3ts of vinegar (it doesn't matter if you add it little by little) and start boiling
STEP 8/9
Add vegetables and mushrooms (apples and bell peppers last), and when it boils, add water starch to the edges to adjust the concentration.
STEP 9/9
If you serve the sauce separately with the fried meat, it's done.
It tastes better if you dip it in soy sauce.
You have to prepare the meat with a bit of oil so that it's not too dry when it's fried
