Curry that's always delicious~ Shrimp egg curry over rice :)
It's a curry that I used to boil with potatoes, onions, and carrots, but I tried to boil it with shrimp and eggs :)

Ingredients
  • egg
    2ea
  • Shrimp.
    12~15ea
  • Cabbage
    1/8pack
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • solid curry
    3~4piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Please prepare enough ingredients. Cut cabbage and onions into bite-size pieces. Beat in the eggs well.
STEP 2/6
Pour water into a pot and simmer over high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Then add 3 pieces of solid curry and mix well.
STEP 4/6
When the solid curry is completely melted, lower the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes. I added curry powder because it wasn't enough.
STEP 5/6
Finally, put the eggs in a circle.
STEP 6/6
Add egg water and stir 2-3 times so that it doesn't clump together.
