How to Stir-Fry Chili and Anchovy/Recipe for Friendly Mom
Hello, I'm a bully mom. I'm a little sister, Mami! One of my husband's favorite side dishes is stir-fried shredded anchovies made by his mother. I like it so much that my mom does it every time I come. But strangelyIt doesn't taste like that when a rogue mother does it.. So this time, I rolled up my arms and took a picture. I'm going to learn Mom Jung's recipe and realize the taste. My mom's stir-fried dried red pepper and anchovies are characterized by fresh colors. Ingredients
  • Chili peppers
    1pack
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Stir-fried anchovies

  • Soy sauce

  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps

Cut the top of the pepper and trim it!

Wash it thoroughly with water!

I cut the big ones in half.

Stir-fry 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and canola oil! I stir-fried it on high heat for about a minute!

Add 1 tablespoon of magic powder and 2 tablespoon of soy sauce to season it~!
