STEP 1/10
I got a pigment made of natural ingredients as a gift. The color is very dark, so I adjusted it by mixing it with water little by looking at the color.
STEP 2/10
Add 15 grams of sashimi konjac powder to the water mixed with natural colors and mix them well in advance.
STEP 3/10
Put it on the gas stove and stir until the bubbles come up, then turn off the heat
STEP 4/10
Cool slightly, place in a square plastic container, cool at room temperature, and harden in the refrigerator for about an hour.
STEP 5/10
Put the fruit knife on the edge of the plastic container and take it off, turn it over, and twist the container, and it comes off.
STEP 6/10
I pushed it with a knife while being very thin.
STEP 7/10
Here's the thin sashimi konjacguksu.
STEP 8/10
I cut tomatoes into pieces on a plate, washed the lettuce clean, dipped it in cold water, drained it with a vegetable dehydrator, and boiled eggs, so I cut it on top.
STEP 9/10
I'll put sashimi konjacguksu on top
STEP 10/10
If you sprinkle red pepper paste on top of it, that's it.
