Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the skin from the radish and prepare the chopped garlic and ginger
STEP 2/8
You can cut the radish and shave it with a chopping knife
STEP 3/8
Put the kelp in two to three cuts with scissors. Put a little cooking oil in a heated pan. Wash the kelp in water once and stir-fry it over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low, close the lid, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Open the lid and stir-fry a little bit of garlic and ginger

Remove the kelp and add 1/2t of fine salt Salt is enough for the liver

When the radish is a bit soft, add 1t of perilla oil and stir-fry it again

    I forgot to add garlic, and I added two spoons of salt.. It doesn't taste as fresh as I thought, but it's slightly bitter. But I was surprised that a kid who doesn't like vegetables asked me to make radish greens again. I'll follow the recipe next time
