Making Yakbab with an electric rice cooker
Housewives who usually like rice cakes..I'm cutting down on carbohydrates these days, so I used brown rice instead of regular rice, but I succeeded^^ It's perfect to make it once, divide it into parts, store it in the freezer, and take it out and eat it one by one

1. I used only one cup of glutinous rice and the rest of it was brown rice to reduce carbohydrates. I don't usually enjoy sweet food, so I only added half a cup of brown sugar, but if you don't, you can add 4 cups of regular glutinous rice and 1 cup of brown sugar. 2. If you have jujube, you can turn the jujube around and make a flower shape. 3. Raisins and pine nuts are weak against heat, so I put them in after cooking. 4. If you don't like cinnamon flavor, it doesn't matter if you don't put it in. 5. When you put the rice in the mold, you have to press it without any empty space so that it won't get messy when you cut it later. When removing rice from the mold, cool it down as much as possible. 6. Make it, freeze it, and defrost it at room temperature^^
