Cooking Steps

Add 1 liter of water and boil the meat first

Bring it back to medium heat

I put a ladle of onion, green onion, kimchi soup ladle. I didn't make anchovy broth, so I replaced it with Yeondoo

Keep boiling over medium heat
After tasting it, let's use sea salt for the liver
If you don't have anchovy broth or green tea, just use salt You can add more kimchi soup
