There are a lot of seaweed in the market these days. I bought it for 4,000 won for 1,000 won for a pack of seaweed, tot, mall, and green onions. Last Friday evening, this is a seaweed side dish that I made and packed at home on my way to make kimchi with cabbage grown in the garden with my sister who lives nearby.

Cooking Steps

Wash bean sprouts and moles thoroughly, pour a little water, boil them, add seasoning, and mix them together to complete the process.

Wash the green onions clean in running water, cut them with bite, and season them with a little salt.

Add sliced green onions, radish, sesame salt, sesame oil, and persimmon vinegar to make it easy to eat and mix them well.

Boil the tot in boiling water and wash it in running water.

Cut the toot into bite-sized pieces, squeeze the tofu tightly into the noodles, mix it, add soy sauce, sesame salt, and sesame oil, and mix it to complete.

Pour water on the green onion and grind it with a mixer.
