STEP 1/9
Wash chicken clean in running water.
Remove the blood and intestines from the chicken bones.

Put green onions, pepper, and soju in a cleanly washed chicken
Boil for about 10 minutes.

Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.
