Making Park Narae Gambas (You can also do yo-dung!)
Last time I was watching "I Live Alone", my husband came here and took a look! So I went there and Park Narae was broadcasting me cooking One of the popular dishes these days is Spanish cuisine, and among them, Park Narae introduced Gambas! It was so easy and simple, so I felt like I was going for it~ My husband asked me to cook it, so I did, but the members and I ate it deliciously Then, let's start making Park Narae Gambas, which is easy to do!

Ingredients
  • olive oil

  • Cocktail shrimp

  • Garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Drain the shrimp first.
Make sure to drain with a kitchen towel. Otherwise, it might get splattered on the oil, so there's a risk of burns.

When you have drained the water with a kitchen towel, season the shrimp slightly (a little bit with salt and pepper)

Now, put enough olive oil in the frying pan (1:1 ratio after looking at the amount of shrimp) and it's good
Now, put olive oil on medium heat and slice garlic in between.
You can eat gambas with more flavor if you cut enough garlic.

Add the shrimp when the garlic starts to fry golden brown.

The shrimp is cooked slowly. It's done.

You don't have to use high heat. Then the garlic will burn
Keep it on medium heat. You can eat it spicy if you put a little pepperocini in here.
If you don't have dry peppers, cut Cheongyang peppers and put them in.

After plating, put on the baguette and it's done.
My husband said it was surprisingly delicious and he ate it well.
Shrimps taste better if you buy uncooked shrimp. If you buy a bigger one, it will taste good and taste good. It was a gambas that went well with a year-end wine party.
