Cooking Steps

Make cream with soft cream cheese and sugar in a bowl.
STEP 2/9
Add beaten eggs to cream cheese little by little and mix evenly.
STEP 3/9
Add vanilla extract or lemon juice.
STEP 4/9
Add the flour and baking powder and mix until no powder is visible.
STEP 5/9
Add melted butter little by little and mix evenly.
STEP 6/9
Place the finished dough in a piping bag and rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Coat pan with melted butter. If the pan itself is coated, it will come off well enough just by applying butter. But if it's not coated or if it's been used for a long time, use it with butter and flour.
STEP 8/9
Fill 80 to 90 percent of the dough.

Bake at 170 for about 15 minutes.
