STEP 1/6
Chop the radishes and chop the green onions, cheongyang peppers, and green peppers.
Cut and trim the bottom of the enoki mushroom, wash the crown daisy (not shown in the picture) clean and cut the bottom.
STEP 3/6
4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little ginger powder, and a little pepper in anchovy broth
Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the radish is cooked.
