Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pan and put <2> over medium heat. Stir it twice with chopsticks and add tomatoes. After adding the tomatoes, stir-fry the eggs over medium heat until they are properly cooked and sprinkle black vinegar as a finish.
Eggs don't harden easily because they contain mayonnaise. Adjusting the heating time of the egg is up to your taste.
