Black vinegar flavored tomato and green onion fried egg

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut tomatoes and green onions diagonally.
STEP 2/3
Beat in 2 eggs, 1 small spoon of chicken stock powder, 1 small spoon of salt, 2 small sprinkles of white pepper, 1 small spoon of mayonnaise, and mix with green onions until foamy.
STEP 3/3
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pan and put <2> over medium heat. Stir it twice with chopsticks and add tomatoes. After adding the tomatoes, stir-fry the eggs over medium heat until they are properly cooked and sprinkle black vinegar as a finish.
Eggs don't harden easily because they contain mayonnaise. Adjusting the heating time of the egg is up to your taste.
