Oyster cream stew

Cooking Steps

Prepare each material.

Cut chicken legs into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.

Wash oysters with salt water and strain them through a sieve.

Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into bite-sized pieces and cut mushrooms into quarters. Remove the broccoli.

Stir-fry chicken legs in a pot covered with cooking oil, and then stir-fry them in the order of onions, carrots, and potatoes. Pour the chicken broth and boil it with the lid on.

Stir-fry butter and flour in a pan, pour milk little by little, and mix evenly to make [white sauce]. Add [white sauce] to 5 and bring to a boil, then add oysters and whipped cream and mix lightly.
