Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Place chicken breast in boiling water and add a tablespoon of mirin
You have to boil the chicken breast a little bit and take it out
I slightly cut the chicken breast and tore it apart
STEP 2/8
Chop shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and pumpkins
(You can prepare vegetables that you like.)
STEP 3/8
Put a bowl of steamed rice in a blender
Pour a little bit of water until the rice is ground and grind it a little bit
(There's a lot of water in the picture. You don't have to pour that much.)

Put the ground rice in the pot
Add the chicken breast and vegetables

A tablespoon of sesame oil. Put in a pinch of salt

Stir-fry it
STEP 7/8
Pour a bowl of water into the rice bowl and stir slowly. Turn it off from medium to low heat
Lastly, I added a bit of soy sauce and mixed it
