STEP 1/10
Boil raw peanuts in boiling water for about 10 minutes to remove the astringency. If you boil it once, the cooking time will be shortened.
STEP 2/10
Rinse boiled peanuts in cold water on a strainer tray.
STEP 3/10
Add the boiled peanuts (including nuts) to the wok and add water to cover.
STEP 4/10
4 spoons of soy sauce
STEP 5/10
a spoonful of cooking wine
STEP 6/10
Add two spoons of plum extract
STEP 7/10
When it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium heat and cook it, stirring once.
STEP 8/10
If the water has decreased a lot while cooking, and the texture has become sticky when you taste a peanut, reduce the heat to low and add 5 spoons of oligosaccharide. If it tastes sweet, you can add more.

Put in oligosaccharide, toss well, sprinkle sesame seeds, and then stir..I even put in the hamp seeds.

Boiled peanuts with lots of nuts and hemp seeds are done^^
Peanuts don't get soft no matter how hard they are boiled. The crunchy texture is the charm. I added almonds and walnuts. Peanuts are the best^^
