Jaewon wanted to eat Oremon, so he made fruit syrup. Oremon is made with orange, lemon, and grapefruit...This time, I made a yellow lemong with a golden scent (tangerine) instead of an orange. There was also a desire to use our agricultural products at least a little bit. Hwanggeumhyang is a new tangerine that interbreeds Hallabong and Cheonhyehyang.I think it is suitable for making fruit syrup because the inner skin is thin and sour.

Cooking Steps

8 lemons, 6 golden scents, 5 small size of grapefruit..Prepare 1 bag each.
STEP 2/23
I wash the lemon that goes in the skin the most. Dilute half a cup of baking soda in full water and wash the lemon. Wash it thoroughly and take it out.

Golden scent and grapefruit use only the inner substance. Pour half a cup of baking soda into a bowl and wash the outside.

Wash the grapefruit in the same way. (You can wash it with soda water.)

2nd>Put a thick salt on the lemon and rub the gap with both hands. (Wearing sanitary kitchen rubber gloves) After washing it once...

3rd>Wash it again with flour, rinse it several times, put it in a sieve, and dry it completely. Wash and rinse the grapefruit and golden scents in flour water

It's a soft cheong with 3 kinds of fruits, so you need a mixing bowl. It's not supposed to be wet in the mixing bowl...Put the remaining water on a gas stove (maximum low heat) and cool it down to zero. (Don't be too hot.)

Oremont, Hwangremont, and Lemont. You can make it using 2~3 kinds. Keep in mind the weight of fruits & sugar (90%). Don't throw away the top of the lemon, dry it, and boil it one at a time when you boil the laundry. It's the amount of 4 700ml sealed glass bottles & 1 475ml bottle.
