Vegetable ingredients: 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 saesongi mushrooms, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 2 green onions, 3 Cheongyang peppers, 2 red peppers, 1 onion

100g of glass noodles, 1 chicken, and a handful of rice cakes
Seasoning ingredients: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cooking wine, 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup green onion, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 spoon of garlic, a little bit of sesame oil

The first thing to do is soak the glass noodles in water.

I didn't like chicken skin, so I removed it all.
Strangely, chicken skin is okay with chicken, but I don't like chicken skin that goes into braised spicy chicken or steamed chicken

Pour milk into the prepared chicken and marinate with 1 spoon of garlic.

I used flour-based rice cake and added mushrooms later. If you want rice cake, I think it's better to add mushrooms^^
