  • Anchovy

  • Radish
  • Sea tangle
  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Salt
  • Cheongyang red pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I cut radish and onion into big pieces to make broth.
I made a pretty carrot and shiitake mushroom.
STEP 2/9
Boil water, anchovies, kelp, radishes and onions in a pot.
STEP 3/9
Remove ingredients from the boiled broth.
(I'm only going to use the broth)
STEP 4/9
Please prepare fish cake.
STEP 5/9
Stick fish cakes in colorful skewers.
STEP 6/9
Add fish cake to boiling broth.
STEP 7/9
Add shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and cheongyang peppers.
STEP 8/9
Add 1T of soy sauce and season with salt.
Add green onions at the end and complete it. :D
