STEP 1/9
Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/9
First, cut the end of the sweet potato. And peel it off. (You don't have to take it off)
STEP 3/9
Now cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/9
Put the sweet potatoes in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.
STEP 5/9
Fry the sweet potatoes. If there is any water left, make sure to wipe and fry. Turn it upside down and fry it.
STEP 6/9
If it's golden, scoop it out in a kitchen towel.
STEP 7/9
Now add sugar and cooking oil and melt.
STEP 8/9
When the opaque sugar becomes transparent, it's all melted! When it becomes transparent and brown, it's all done!
STEP 9/9
From here, speed is the life. Put it in and quickly coat it with sugar like stir-frying. When it's all over, quickly spread it out on a plate and cool it down.
# If you want to make it without peeling it, please wash it more cleanly!
# There's no fixed size for sweet potatoes, but it's best to be bite-sized and all pieces are similar in size!
# If you microwave it once, there might be some water underneath If you leave it on a wide plate or chicken towel for a while, it dries naturally! It's safe to fly it and fry it!
# If you want to prevent browning while peeling/cutting sweet potatoes, put them in water right away! I didn't do that, so I've had a little browning in places, but it's not a problem to eat :)
# There's a lot of cooking oil in the last sauce, but the role of cooking oil was
It separates it from the melted sugar, so after it's all over, it'll remain in the pan, so don't worry Haha
# (Most importantly) When it becomes transparent, add mattang and mix it with a spatula to coat it completely! And quickly put them apart on a wide cutting board or plate! If I do it late...It looks like a sugar craft, it sticks, it goes crazy.
