Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
I bought beef for bulgogi because I asked for a moderate amount to make gimbap.
It's expensive...
So I brought the whole bag and put the sauce for bulgogi in the bag
Melt and marinate in the refrigerator for a while.
STEP 2/12
Cut one cucumber in half and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
Then, shred and sprinkle a pinch of salt and let it soak for 5 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Wash the garlic stems thoroughly and prepare them,
Wash the sprouts clean and get ready.(You don't have to add sprout or not, but I prepared it for vegetable kimbap.)
I bought burdock and pickled radish as a set.
Prepare salted cucumbers by rinsing them in water and squeezing out the water.
STEP 4/12
I'm going to put in a lot of carrots, so 1/2 of them
I shredded it and fried it in a pan.
You can parboil it and use it, but it's better to stir-fry it. It's my personal preference.
Put in 1ts of canola oil and sprinkle a pinch of soju. The dark orange color
Stir-fry until it is light orange.
STEP 5/12
I used seven eggs.
You don't need to add salt. You need to mix it
Fry thinly in a pan, please.
It's good to cook over low heat.
Use as little oil as possible.
STEP 6/12
Take out the bulgogi marinated in the refrigerator and fry it in a pan.
STEP 7/12
Let's get ready like this.
I'm going to cut the eggs in half.
STEP 8/12
We need to prepare food.
Add sesame seeds and salt, add sesame oil and mix.
You can taste it and add more salt.
I put 1ts of salt in 5 bowls of rice.
I didn't have enough rice, so I added more.
STEP 9/12
I prepared it like this
You can wrap the kimbap.
Wash lettuce clean and dry.
If you shake it off.
You can use other vegetables besides lettuce.
Like kale or perilla leaves
I used lettuce and kale.
STEP 10/12
Spread the rice on top of the seaweed.
Please leave 1 to 2cm at the end.
And cut the egg in half and put it on top.
Put lettuce on it and put bulgogi on it.
I cut the garlic stems in half and used them on both sides of bulgogi.) and
If you put pickled radish, there's a space, right?
Put carrots and cucumbers on it.
And wrap it around.
Roll it to the end and spread out the rice grains in the 1 to 2cm space left.
We need to add seaweed.
If you make sure to curl it, it's done!!
STEP 11/12
Add sesame oil to finish.
And if you roll it on the pan, it's good.
You can just cut it with sesame oil, but I'll put sesame oil and roll it on the pan.
My grandmother made it like that^^*
STEP 12/12
The end of the gimbap came out a lot.
This is the tastier part^^
Have a delicious gimbap!
