STEP 3/7
Put about 15 cups of water back in a pot and boil 8 beef ribs, 1/2 onions, 1/3 radishes, 8 garlics, and green onions. Cover and boil for about 2 hours. Medium heat, please. If the soup decreases, you can boil it with warm water in the middle. (If the radish is too cooked, it won't taste good, so take it out in the middle.)
STEP 6/7
Put the sliced radish and ribs in the soup, add soy sauce 2. and minced garlic 0.5 and boil it again. Use a spoon to remove the oil. Try it and finish off with salt~Lastly, add chopped green onions and pepper.
