Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Drain the ribs in cold water for 3 to 4 hours. It's good to change the water 2-3 times in the middle. If you go through this process, you can eat meat without any smell.

Boil the bloodless ribs slightly in boiling water for about 5 minutes, and rinse the boiled meat in cold water.

Put about 15 cups of water back in a pot and boil 8 beef ribs, 1/2 onions, 1/3 radishes, 8 garlics, and green onions. Cover and boil for about 2 hours. Medium heat, please. If the soup decreases, you can boil it with warm water in the middle. (If the radish is too cooked, it won't taste good, so take it out in the middle.)
