Radish stir-fry seasonal simple side dish
I brought some radish greens while making kimchi from my parents' house, and it's good to eat dried radish greens, but stir-fried radish greens are also quite delicious.   • a white radish

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Blanch the bottom part of radish in boiling water and add a little bit of salt. Blanch the stems until they bend (about 2 minutes) and rinse them in cold water.
STEP 2/4
Squeeze the water and cut it into 6cm pieces, put perilla oil in a heated pan, and stir-fry it. While frying, add the amount of brewed soy sauce and low-salt fish sauce and stir-fry. If you don't have low-salt fish sauce, you can add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. When it's almost done, add minced garlic and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/4
When it's done, turn off the heat and mix it evenly with chopped chives and sesame seeds.

It's a super simple stir-fried radish that you can make with seasonal side dishes. It's not a common vegetable dish, but it's also a dish that you can enjoy once in a while.
Radish is said to be good for preventing arteriosclerosis due to its low calories and high dietary fiber content. It is also said to be excellent for preventing osteoporosis by activating intestinal function and strengthening bones due to its high calcium content. I think there's something as good as seasonal ingredients
