Braised pork shiitake mushrooms
Shiitake mushrooms have a very delicious scent and taste with just the mushrooms themselves, I added pork and made it into a delicious side dish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Shiitake mushrooms go well with beef
I used pork because it goes well with any meat.
I prepared sweet and sour pork.
STEP 2/8
I sprinkled a small amount of salt and pepper as a base.
I added 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 2~3 tablespoon of minced green onion and mixed them evenly.

The shiitake mushroom was washed clean after removing the pillar.
Put starch powder on the inside of shiitake mushrooms
I shook off the extra powder.

I put the pork inside the shiitake mushroom.
STEP 5/8
I put shiitake mushrooms in a microwave steamer and cooked for about 3 to 4 minutes.
I thought the pork wouldn't cook evenly if I cooked it in a frying pan right away.

Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 3 tablespoon of water, and 2 tablespoon of cooking wine in a frying pan

I put the seasoning evenly on the stew.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and put it on a plate.
