One-bite sweet potatoes eat well, but large sweet potatoes are somewhat burdensome, so if you postpone them, they often sprout or rot..
If it's sunny or dry in a dryer, it becomes a delicious dried sweet potato

Discard rotten sweet potatoes and remove the skin of sprouted sweet potatoes.

- Boil it over medium heat, reduce it to low heat, and boil it.
* Be careful that the pot may burn as shown in the picture if you do not adjust the heat properly.

Cut boiled sweet potatoes into finger-thick slices on a cutting board.

Put it in a basket and dry it on a sunny day.
- Two sunny days make a chewy dried sweet potato. (If you have a dryer, you can dry it in the dryer.)
- When dried in the sun, it becomes rich in vitamin D.

After drying it for about 2 days, it became dried sweet potato.
* It tastes better if you make it with delicious sweet potatoes than sprouted sweet potatoes.

A cup of warm tea and dried sweet potatoes are good for snacks on snowy days.
- Boiled sweet potatoes don't dry too well. It's hard, so the texture that you can chew can be reduced.
