STEP 1/8
Just order rice wine or soju for pork neck.
STEP 2/8
Wash the bean sprouts clean and strain them. Roll up the perilla leaves and shred them.
STEP 3/8
Prepare the pine mushrooms by cutting them into long flat pieces, and the onions in half, and the green onions by cutting them sideways.
STEP 4/8
Add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well. My friend told me that the new boss is spicy and delicious, so I bought it and it was really delicious. If you don't have two tablespoons, add an extra tablespoon of red pepper paste and soy sauce.
STEP 5/8
Place bean sprouts in a hollow pan and stir-fry perilla oil and pepper oil for about 10 seconds. Put the pork neck with soju and saesongi mushrooms and onions on top, close the lid, and let stand for a while over medium heat. If you stir-fry it on high heat, the bean sprouts may burn before it becomes moist, so be careful. I saw a small piece of garlic, so I put it all in. I liked garlic, so I saw it even if I put it in like this.
STEP 6/8
If you open the lid and look down, the bean sprouts get moisture. Then add all the seasoning and stir-fry it as if mixing it evenly. Like Jongwon Baek bean sprout bulgogi...Lol and add the green onions and mix them.
STEP 7/8
If you stir-fry it for too long, the bean sprouts will get tough, so stir-fry it until the meat is cooked. The meat cooks quickly by cutting the pork neck thinly.
STEP 8/8
This is the stir-fried bean sprout stir-fried spicy pork with sliced perilla leaves on the edge. The Jongwon Baek beanbul used sliced pork belly, and I enjoyed it deliciously with a thin slice of pork neck.
If there's leftover, you can fry the rice and eat it. We also put tteokbokki, fish cake, and Vienna sausage in the leftovers and made bean rice cakeHaha bean sprout tteokbokki~LOL This one. I couldn't even take pictures because I was busy meeting the children's academy time, but I enjoyed the leftover food as a snack.
