Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut onions, green onions, spam, and oyster mushrooms into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry perilla oil, kimchi, kimchi soup, beef, minced garlic, sugar, red pepper powder, and cooking wine in an earthen pot until the beef is slightly cooked.
STEP 3/6
Add 2 cups of water and boil it.
STEP 4/6
Add onions, green onions, spam, oyster mushrooms, soy sauce, and pepper and boil them until the onions are fully cooked.
STEP 5/6
Add soft tofu and boil it for a while, taste it, and salt it for the liver. I put in a teaspoon of salt.
STEP 6/6
