How to Boil Autumn Radish Mushrooms, Soft and Deliciously Boil A
You all know that radish is good for your health~~~ In particular, autumn radish is sweet and delicious, so I eat it for a year with pickled radish~~ If you boil down the radish, it's like a rice thief~~~ Soft, sweet, and delicious seasoned radish is one of my favorite side dishes!! Today, I cooked autumn radish with nutritious shiitake mushrooms We didn't have to make the broth separately. We boiled it with radish and dried shiitake kelp It's sweet, soft, and the chewy texture of shiitake mushrooms. It's going to be a tonic~~~ I put radish and shiitake mushrooms on top and dance in my mouth whenever I eat a spoonful of rice~~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I cut the radish into 1.5 to 2cm thick pieces~~~
STEP 2/7
Add the right amount of water to suit your taste
I don't make the broth separately. I'll add 2 cups of water
I made it right away with natural condiments and a piece of kelp with shiitake mushrooms~~

Boiled radish is good when it's boiled down!~~~
But it takes a long time to boil down the sliced radish
There are people who are lazy to make it~~~
But I always use a pressure cooker for hard or time-consuming dishes
It's easy to cook if you use a good pressure cooker~~~
Add sliced radish and dried shiitake kelp from Cheongyang chili pepper
Boil it in a pressure cooker and turn off the heat when it starts to rattle~~

If you turn off the heat and put it in a pot, it looks like there's a lot of soup~~~
But it's definitely not a lot
While putting it in a pot, take out the kelp and boil it down over medium heat~~
If you add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide at the end, the seasoned radish is complete~~~

Sweet and soft radish and chewy and savory shiitake mushrooms
It's so delicious~~~

Wash the dried shiitake mushrooms in running water and boil them
It's moderately soft~~~
When you put raw shiitake mushrooms, boil them in a pressure cooker and put them in a pot
Otherwise, shiitake mushrooms will be too soft to chew~~~
You know, Gunpyo is better
I buy a good grade B shiitake and dry it in the autumn sun and eat it for a year~~~

Radish is sweet and soft. It's delicious as if it melts in your mouth
I think shiitake mushrooms taste better than meat~~~
Rose likes shiitake mushrooms more than meat
My husband who likes meat says he likes meat more than shiitake mushrooms
If you use a pressure cooker, it will shorten the time and make the radish more tender and delicious~~
