Duck bulgogi! (Meat dish)
Two black guys who've been singing about wanting to eat duck bulgogi all along! Not long ago, I stopped by the mart on my way home from work and picked up 3 packs of duck slices and marinated them in the sauce before they came.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix the rice wine in the duck slice,
Sieve the blood out.
STEP 2/7
Place the duck slices, drained of blood, in a bowl,
STEP 3/7
Chop the onion and add it,
Add the pre-made seasoning and mix.
STEP 4/7
Leave to marinate for more than an hour.
STEP 5/7
Shred the green onions into thick slices, and cut the perilla leaves into bite-size pieces.
I rolled up two perilla leaves and cut them.

In a heated pan, stir-fry the marinated duck bulgogi.
STEP 7/7
When the duck bulgogi is fully cooked
Add green onions and perilla leaves and stir-fry.
It tastes better with chives at the end.
