Wash the cabbage thoroughly and take it out.

I'll prepare udon noodles and broth.
It's a commercially available udon noodles.
It's good as it is
If you add yellow cabbage and boil it
It tastes much deeper and tastier.
If you don't have udon broth, you can season it with tsuyu.

Pour 600ml of water into a pot and add the cabbage.

I'll pour the katsu udon broth, too.

I'll put in all the udon soup.
If it boils on high heat
Reduce the heat to medium and boil for about 10 minutes.

When the soup boils
I'll put in 4 more bottles of tsuyu.

Add 2 more cups of water
Boil it.

When the soup boils
I'll put in the udon noodles.

Put them all in.
Put it on medium heat or higher
Boil the udon noodles until they dissolve.

When the noodles get loose
You can turn off the lights and finish.
