Boiled fish cake potatoes are one of the relatively easy side dishes It's so nice to be able to eat fish cake and potato side dishes together I'm going to make braised fish cake and potatoes

Ingredients
  • Potato
    2ea
  • fish cake
    1cup
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • chili
    1ea
  • Soy sauce
    3T
  • cooking wine
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • ginger juice
    1/2t
  • plum extract
    1/2T
  • Red pepper powder
    1.5T
  • Sesame oil
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the potatoes into thick pieces and blanch them briefly
STEP 2/5
Put the fish cake in the blanched potato
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, ginger juice, and plum juice and cook
I also use fish cake in boiling water
STEP 3/5
Add sliced onions and cook
STEP 4/5
When the potatoes are cooked
Add chili powder, mix well, and add sliced peppers diagonally
STEP 5/5
I'll wrap it up with a shot of sesame oil
