How to make bone/siraegi gamjatang
It's bone gamjatang that I cooked while I was soaking dried radish greens! My family is good at making pork back-bone stew, but I tried dried radish greens this time. The basic seasoning is similar, but another delicacy was born when it was cooked with ripe kimchi. It's been a while since I've done it, so my family is eating a lot. I feel proud at times like this. I kept setting the table for the home-cooked meal series, and the children who were tamed by the taste of my hands loved it, and it was pretty to see them keep eating. Then let's see how to make it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Blanch bones in hot water for a while to remove impurities.
Rinse in cold water a couple of times to remove dirt.
STEP 2/6
I'll peel the potatoes
Divide the boiled dried radish into 3 large pieces.
STEP 3/6
Slice the onions thickly and cut the perilla leaves big.
You don't have to say that you want perilla leaves.
Cut the green onion into big pieces.
Put the blanched bones in a pressure cooker
STEP 4/6
Put 4Ts of red pepper powder, 1Ts of soybean paste, 2Ts of soy sauce, 2Ts of salted shrimp, 2Ts of ground garlic, and a little pepper in a dried radish greens and mix them together.
STEP 5/6
It's better to measure dried radish greens for about 20 minutes, but if you're in a hurry, just put them on the bones.
STEP 6/6
Pour enough water to cover the bones and simmer in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes.
Bring to a boil over high heat and bring to a boil with medium heat when it starts to turn further.
Now, move the boiled dried radish leaves and bones into a large pot and cut the potatoes into large pieces
Put the perilla leaves on top of the chopped green onions and boil it
If you add 2 tablespoons of perilla powder on top, it tastes better.
Pork goes well with salted shrimp. When you cook pork, season it with salted shrimp.

I wanted to leave a review picture, but it was a 3-kilogram backbone cut. It was my first time to make a recipe with salted shrimp, and I was thinking about using this recipe because I made salted shrimp last month, but the amount of back bone was a little higher than the recipe, so I added a little salt and finished it, and it tastes good. I'm going to scrap the recipe. Thank you.

There were no green onions and perilla leaves, so I just boiled it. Oh my gosh... The bone soup that I made for the first time is really good My parents, who are picky about food, gave me the best compliment that I put in chemical seasonings How much more delicious it will be if we have all the ingredients next time!!
