Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Boil kelp in a 6-piece cup of water for about 5 minutes and take out the kelp.
STEP 2/6
Awook is prepared by removing the strong stem from the lower part.
STEP 3/6
Cut green onions and cheongyang peppers into appropriate sizes.
STEP 4/6
Put soybean paste, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and red pepper powder in the water and boil it.
STEP 5/6
Boil it for about 15 minutes with blood clam meat and auk cooking wine.
STEP 6/6
Add green onions and cheongyang peppers and season them. Add salt to complete. I put in two teaspoons.

    Is the soup this good? There was a clam that was trimmed and stored, so I boiled it according to the recipe, and it's amazingly delicious. I cooked it twice and it was delicious both times. I was thankful that I was able to cook and eat this nutritious lump.
